Palak ni bhaji jini kapi, dhoi,pani ma bafi ne catvi.lilu lasan kapine vatvu. Ges par ek vasan ma 1 t spoon oil ane 1 t spoon ghee muki jeera-hing no vaghar taiyar kari tema palak ni bhaji ane vatelu lasan nakhva. Tema namak,aadu ane marcha vatela nakhva.tema kothmir,haldi,dhana-jeeru ane garam masalo nakhva. Gravy khad-khad thai etle bataki nakvi.
