1:- 1 cup tuver dal


2:-1 cup sugar ya good


3:-1/2 tee spoon ilchi ka powder


4:-1/2 tee spoor posta,


5:-1/4 tee soon jayfal powder


6:-ghee 


7:- 1 1/4 ghehu ka aata


 
Puran puri banane ki vidhi:-



Kukar me aap toor dal  pani milake pakaye.pak

Ek bartan  me ghhe lagakar toor dal ko usme

 nikale aur thanda hone de

Roti ke aate jesa aata lagaye aur rotiya belte

 hue puran andar dalte rahe aur belte rahe

 uske baad roti ko gas par pakaye aur puran

 pori par ghee lagaye
