1:- 200 graam  tofu ( soya paneer)

2:- 1 shimla mirch 

3:-  Fresh tometo crush kiya huva 1/2 cup

4:- Ginger ke tukde 1 T spoon

5:- 2 Hari mirch

6:-  6 kali mirch

7:- 3 loung 

8:- 1/2 T spoon lal mirch powder 

 9:- 2 lal mirch 

10:- 1/2 T spoon jeera

11:- 1/2 garam masala

12:- 1/2 cup dahi 

13:- namak 

14:- oil



Dosto upar batayi samgri se aap ghar par hi

 Ginger tofu ( soya paneer ) ko aasani se bana

 sakte he 

Ginger tofu (soya paneer) banane vidhi:-


Dosto ab me jo step follow karne kahu wo

 mirch, aur loung dalde aur 10 minit tak use

 achhi tarah mix karte hilate rahiye 10 minit

 baad usme crush kiya huva tamatar dalde

 uame thoda namak, shimla mirch ke

 tukde,fudina, hara dhaniya, dahi, aur sab

 masale dalkar use pakaye lagbhag 15 minit 


Jab uame oil chhut kar upar aa jaye tab tak

 tofu(soya paneer) aur milk dalkar use hilate hi

 rahiye tofu (soya paneer) achchi tarah pak

 jaye tab gas off karke baratan ko gas par se

 niche utar le
