1:- 250gm muramure

2:- oil

3:-1/2 rai

4:-2 t spoon lal mirch

5:- 1/2 haldi

6:-150gm ghehu ka aatta ( 200gm puri)

7:-200gm barik sev

8:-1 anar

9:-4 t spoon barik kata huva hara dhaniya

10:-1 pics beetroot

11:-3 pics tamatar

12:-3 pics aalu

13:-4 pics pyaaj

14:-khajur sweet chutny

15:-lahsun chutny

16:-hara dhaniya chutny

Blel banane ki vidhi:-


Ges par ek bartan me 2 t spoon oil aur rai dalkar usme 1 t spoon mirchi aur 1/2 t spoon haldi dalke muramure dale aur namak dalkar fray kare 

Ghehu ke aatta me namak,1 t spoon mirchi,1/2 t spoon haldi aur oil dalkar puri ka aatta badhe uske bad aatta ke luye ki puri banakar fray kar lijiye

Beetroot, tamatar, pyaaj, hara dhaniya barik kat lijiye

Aalu ko ubaal kar uske chhilke nikak kar barik kat le

Sev, muramure aur puri ke tukde mix karne ke bad usme anar, hara dhaniya, beetroot, tamatar, aalu ,aur pyaaj dale 

Usme khajur sweet chutny, lahsun chutny, aur hara dhaniya chutny dalkar mix kar lijiye
