3: oil tadva mate

4: 1 tebal spoon vatela aadu marcha

5: 1 tebal spoon jini samareli kothmir

6: 1/2 T spoon jiru

7: 1/2 T spoon haldar

8: 1 T spoon lal marchu

9: 1 T spoon jino samarelo fudino

10: thodi hing

11: 1 T spoon limbu na fool

12: 1/2T spoon garam masalo

13: 1/2 T spoon chano masalo

14: 1/2 T spoon anar dana

15: 1/2 T spoon tal

16: 1 T spoon khad(sugar)

17: 100 gm medo

18:2 T spoon ravo(soji)

19: 2 T spoon ghee

20: 1 T spoon gav no lot

21: mithu( Sault)




Rit(method):

1: pela bataka ane vatana ne bafi nakhva,bataka chholi ne chhini nakhva

2: gas par ek vasan ma tel muki tema hing,jiru,sahej haldar,marchu nakhi vagarvu. vagar ma aadu,march,limbu na ful,kothmir,garam masalo,tal,fudino,chano masalo ane anar na dana khadi ne nakhva.

3: bataka,mithu,khad,vatana,nakhi ne halavavu
4: meda ma gav no lot,ravo,ghee ane mothu nakhi, lot badhi, puri vani , tene vachche thi kapi, samosa bharva ane garam tel ma tadva.
5:  samosa bharta pahela 1 vatano niche nakhvo jethi niche aakar rahe. bataka ne jina samari ne tadi ne pan thay
6: samosa ma khado kari lasan ni chatni ,gadi chatni,kothmir ni chatni,jini samareli dungdi,jini sev,ane  chat masalo nakhi sakay.
